The Poshington Post™~ Be Quick to Release Toxic People

Be Quick to Release Toxic People~

As children we were often erroneously taught to be trusting and accepting of adults. As a result of this we have suffered at the hands of toxic people we have allowed within our inner circles.

Most of us, as adults have experienced the bite of a Viper that was disguised as a friend. Be quick to release toxic people from your life and cut off their access to you.

Toxic people are people who operate in deception, control and manipulation, and are just simply inhabited by a demon. Do not waste your time trying to reason with a demon, rebuke it and cast it out in the Name of Jesus.

“We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

Be prepared for the toxic backlash. Toxic people will often times try to retaliate against you for cutting off their access to you. The toxic person will often carry out this toxic backlash by attempting to deceive, manipulate and control others close to you —this is done to control you by proxy or to turn others against you.

Do not defend or debate your decision to dismiss the toxic person. Ensure their access to you has been clearly and irrevocably cut off.

Toxic people have mastered their skill set and go to great lengths to hide their true intentions. Forgive yourself for allowing the person access to you and ignoring the warning signs. Our trusting nature is often our enemy.

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Matthew 24:24

Be vigilant, on high alert and resist the urge to be overly polite and trusting.

“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” Deuteronomy 31:6
